WELLINGTON, Aug. 20/NZPA-Asianet/

New Zealand company, Rocket Lab Ltd, plans to commence low-cost suborbital payload rocket launches from New Zealand in September, 2008.

Peter Beck (Technical Director) and Mark Rocket (Business Development Director) announced the venture at Rocket Labs Auckland-based headquarters Tuesday, August 14th along with the Minster of Economic Development, The Hon Trevor Mallard, who has taken a keen interest in the project.
