Nearly Half of the Broadband Subscriber Base is Wireless
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- A recently published report from Dell'Oro Group, the trusted source for market information about the networking and telecommunications industries, reveals that vendors of small office, home office (SOHO) wireless LAN products have shipped more than 100 million units over the past three years. During the second quarter of 2007, SOHO wireless LAN market revenues grew in excess of 15 percent compared to the same quarter last year, with the strongest growth coming from sales of Draft-802.11n wireless routers.
