LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE:ABD), a world leader in select categories of branded office products, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to divest its MACO[R] label and tag business to Chartpak, Inc. of Leeds, Massachusetts. The transaction is scheduled to close early in the fourth quarter of 2007. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The MACO business generated approximately $15 million in net revenue in 2006.
