A COUPLE who moved to North Wales to improve their standard of living have embarked on a second business challenge.
Adam and Helen Hardy relocated to Betws-y-Coed from Staffordshire five years ago to run a small guest house in Betws-y-Coed.
Mr Hardy had worked in the logistics sector while his wife was an administrator at Keele University.
Both said taking over a guest house - an existing business - was a great opportunity to gain an insight into running their own enterprise.
Their guest house was doing well but when Elen's Castle Hotel, a 12 guest bedroom hotel at Dolwyddelan, came on the market they were ready for a fresh challenge.
