NEW YORK, Aug. 22 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- China Finance, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CHFI), a provider of financial support services for China's large and rapidly expanding class of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) today announced that, as a result of registering as a closed-end investment company as of June 15th, 2007, China Finance will no longer file reports on the forms required for operating companies under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, such as Form 10K and Form 10Q.
