McKenzie: You've introduced an alternative to No Child Left Behind. Why?
Cornyn: No Child Left Behind was premised on an important principle _ that every child in America deserves the opportunity to receive a quality education. But, NCLB is currently missing some of the most important components of the president's original agenda for education _ specifically, an idea to restore federalism and increase state flexibility.
