Anthony Siniscalchi fishes for tuna out of Atlantic Beach, N.Y. He runs 100 miles or more out to the offshore canyons--Hudson, Tom's, Atlantic, Fish Tails --chasing bigeye, yellowfin and bluefin. Like many of the tuna fishermen in his area, Siniscalchi has typically gone south--New Jersey, North Carolina, Florida--to have boats built.
