ALTHOUGH $99.99 is an impressive price for a multifunction unit that prints, scans, and copies, the HP Photosmart C4280 falls short when it comes to print quality.
The C4280 all-in-one comprises a color inkjet printer with a maximum resolution of 4,800xi,200 dots per inch (dpi), as well as a 1,200x2,400-pixel-per-inch (ppi) flatbed scanner. You also get a four-slot memory-card reader that supports SD High Capacity (SDHC) cards, along with a tiny 1.5-inch LCD for previewing photos and accessing printer menus.
