ANAHEIM, Calif., April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- CKE Restaurants Inc. (NYSE: CKR) today announced it will form a privately held company that will continue development of Boston Chicken stores in its California development territory and Boston Chicken Inc. (Nasdaq: BOST) will provide financing to the new entity. The new entity will be called Boston West, LLC.
Boston West will have total capital resources, including assets from CKE Restaurants and financing from Boston Chicken, which at full funding, will aggregate more than $100 million.
