VINELAND, N.J., Aug. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AUGRID Global Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets: AGHD), a holding company that acquires and manages ownership interests in a diverse range of businesses, today announced that it has decided, together with Hassell & Burell, to discontinue plans to form a joint venture, previously announced on June 13, 2007, that would have purchased and operated oil tanker trucks. Neither the Company nor Hassell & Burell have a dispute with the other.
