THERE'S a treat in store with a sizzling Caribbean flavour attheWirral Food and Drink Festival this weekend.
The celebrations start at RNK restaurant in Bebington tonight, where owner Grace Adegoke is putting on an authentic African and Caribbean five-course banquet, with a special cocktail and African entertainment.
"There is nothing like it here, it is special," says Grace. "This type of cooking is special because of the freshness of its ingredients and the way it utilises tropical, and also local, flavours.
