Aug. 23--The Windsor Ridge South subdivision finally got a green light from the Lancaster Town Board after developers promised to help offset future traffic congestion by contributing to intersection expansion costs.
"They agreed to pay their share of the mitigation of traffic problems that would arise in that area," said Supervisor Robert Giza, who presided over a meeting Monday on the environmental impact of the project.
