BOSTON - Fidelity Investments' dedication to "kaizen,'' the Japanese business concept of improvement through continuous change, makes inevitable executive suite turnover an opportunity for the firm to move forward, spokeswoman Anne Crowley said following the Aug. 7 departure of distribution czar Ellyn A.
