WINDER, Ga. (FNS) -- Duck Head is taking night. The 130-year-old men's sportswear company, based here, is spreading its wings and making focused changes to improve and increase business across the country.
"Our business has changed a lot," says Elliott Lightman, vice-president of the men's division, which is 95 percent of Duck Head's business.
That is almost an understatement. Here's what has changed:
* For one, Duck Head, known for its khaki slacks with the colorful mallard-head label, has signed numerous licensees over the past two years, broadening the product range to items such as umbrellas, hosiery and eyeglasses.
