Aug. 26--Ursula Boatright knows what being married to a military officer means -- a lot of moving.
From Hawaii, to California, to Texas, to Colorado and, eventually, to New Mexico, Boatright has always had three goals when it came to moving to a new location.
"Find a Girl Scout troop, a church and a school for the kids," Boatright said.
"The first thing I did when we arrived in Santa Fe was to call up the (local Girl Scout) council looking for a Junior and a Brownie troop for my girls."
