The most common problems are sleep apnea (interrupted breathing) and insomnia. And the consequences of not sleeping well are reduced productivity, lowered cognitive performance and a general decline in quality of life.
Today, consumers look to sleep disorder centers to solve their problems, and centers are springing up across the country.
