LAS VEGAS - Chicago Metallic is hitting the Gourmet Show with three new baking sets that target the popularity of bread and pizza.
There are four personal-size pizza pans, 6-inch by 1 1/2-inch, housed in a four-color gift box. They are made of heavyweight aluminized steel and come with a recipe book. Suggested retail price is $20.00.
"Stores had been telling us about the big demand for 14-inch pizza pans. They kept saying, `Why not do something different?' So we did," says Ron Field, national sales manager of Chicago Metallic.
