APA CEO Cheri Beranek Podzimek, Donald Hayward elected as new board members
PLYMOUTH, Minn., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- APA Enterprises, Inc. elected six directors to its board. While four of the six directors were reelected to their board positions, two new board members were installed: Cheri Beranek Podzimek, who was named CEO of APA in June 2007, and Donald R. Hayward, president of Engel Diversified Industries (EDI).
The four reelected board members are: Ronald Roth, who was named chairman of the board in June 2007; Dr. Anil Jain; Jack Reddan; and Stephen Zuckerman, M.D.
