Aug. 27--LYNN HAVEN -- The Bay County Property Appraiser's office says it isn't in the business of enforcing municipal codes but will try to appease Lynn Haven's complaints about property owners subdividing their parcels.
Lynn Haven has a code that restricts subdivision lots from being further "cut out" without city approval, but the Bay County Property Appraiser's Office cannot legally prevent a property owner from doing so.
