MINNEAPOLIS, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Barbers, Hairstyling for Men & Women, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBHF), franchisor of Cost Cutters(R) Family Hair Care and City Looks Salons International(R), today announced it has signed an agreement for the development of 115 franchised Cost Cutters salons in Oregon and Washington over the next 13 years.

The agreement with West Coast Cuts, Inc., grants exclusive franchise rights in the state of Oregon and rights in all but Asotin, Garfield and Whitman counties in Washington state. Another franchisee currently holds rights to develop franchised Cost Cutters stores in those counties.
