OEM Relationship Enables Easy-to-Install and Maintain Solar Solutions for New and Retrofit Residential Construction Markets
SOLANA BEACH, Calif. -- Open Energy Corporation (OTCBB:OEGY) announced today a MOU establishing an OEM relationship with US inverter manufacturer PV Powered (Bend, OR) to provide complete, ready-to-install solar energy inverters and monitoring systems to the new home construction industry. These products will be distributed primarily through Open Energy's national distribution agreement with Eagle Roofing Products of Rialto, CA, one of the nation's largest roofing tile manufacturers.
