Attendees to the 2007 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) can expect to find the tools they need to improve baking operations, including innovative baking technology solutions and thought-provoking educational programming. Produced by the American Bakers Association (ABA) and the Baking Industry Suppliers Association (BEMA), the four-day event is expected to attract more than 20,000 industry professionals and 800 exhibiting companies to its new Orlando "home" between October 7 and October 10.
