Aug. 29--Something is always happening in the food world. Each year, new foods (or new old foods), cooking methods and philosophies get trendy along with new ways to describe them, new ways to cook them, new spices to season them.
What's a poor foodie to do? (Even the word "foodie" itself, as a matter of fact, was only coined a short time ago.)
