An evening breeze blows across the warm, dry hills of southern Pakistan - a country in Asia. As the sky darkens and the first stars begin twinkling, a lizard slips out from under a rock. It's about as long as a tube of toothpaste. And its black spots make it look like a little leopard. You could say it is a leopard - a leopard gecko, that is.

The wiggly creature looks all around before scampering off toward a clump of bushes. Partway up a nearby hill, two other leopard geckos peep out from behind piles of rocks.

Now that night has arrived, the leopard geckos are out hunting for food. Suddenly one of the geckos pounces on a resting cricket. Crunch! ...
