Aug. 29--Another great white shark is swimming around the Outer Bay exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
The 4-foot-9-inch, 67 1/2-pound male is the third great white placed on exhibit at the aquarium. He arrived Tuesday night, 24 days after being accidentally caught in commercial fishing gear off the Southern California coast.
The last time a great white shark went on exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, record crowds lined up on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend for a chance to see the ocean's greatest predator.
The aquarium hopes to keep the shark on exhibit for several months as a way to help change public ...
