COLUMN: WORCESTER DIARY
Over the years, efforts have been made to entice the thousands of students who attend the area's colleges to take advantage of the museums, cultural offerings, stores, and other attractions that can be found in Worcester.
Frankly, little headway has been made in getting the students off campus and into the community.
However, this Labor Day weekend, the students will get a taste of the city, thanks to an event sponsored by the Colleges of Worcester Consortium Inc. and the Shrewsbury Street Area Merchants Association
