With the annual call centre awards having taken place last week in Gauteng, career opportunities in call centres are again enjoying the spotlight.
"It is wonderful that the call centre or BPO industry honours its best achievers," says Kerry Damons of Boston City Campus and Business College.
"But of particular significance is that the awards allow those who are unsure to see the call centre industry in a better light and are encouraged to consider the industry as a serious career choice."
