Acco to divest Maco labels

LINCOLNSHIRE -Acco Brands Corp., which sells office products, said Tuesday it has agreed to divest its Maco label and tag business to Chartpak Inc. of Leeds, Mass. The deal is scheduled to close later this year. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Maco generated about $15 million in net revenue in 2006. Acco Brands has annual revenues of nearly $2 billion.
