Aug. 31--Oak Grove (11-1-1) will compete for a share of its ninth league title in 10 years with nearly all its skill players back, led by running back Nevin Gardiner.
Stacy Long (739 yards rushing, 14 touchdowns) moves from running back to receiver and plays cornerback, and senior Regis Ward takes over at quarterback for Kevin Vye. Junior free safety Jabari Carr (eight interceptions) will also play wide receiver.
Leigh (9-3) has talented junior Ryan Stillwell taking over at quarterback, and junior linebacker Tyler Pao (6-foot-3, 235 pounds) leads the defense. Nathan Smith is one of the best cornerbacks in the league.
