The Tanfield Group Plc, the parent company of aerial lift manufacturer UpRight, announced it has purchased Snorkel International. Tanfield said in a statement that it plans to raise the necessary funds for the acquisition via a share placing. The sale will be finalized in approximately three weeks, following a meeting of Tanfield's shareholders.
