Justice minister slams president's proposal to pass law on tender purchases at NSDC meeting

Kyiv, August 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych has said that President Viktor Yuschenko's initiative to pass a law on tender purchases at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council on September 4 demonstrates his disrespect for the constitution and Ukrainian law.

He said this in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine news agency on Friday.
