This car only has a 2000-pound tow rating. Not much, you might say, for a car with a strong unitized body/frame assembly, 280 horsepower, and a top speed that's reported to be 133 mph. It could be considerably faster, expect that the engine is computer-limited because of the tires.
The basic chassis is similar to that of the Ford Thunderbird and Mercury Cougar, but there's a big difference in the suspension and under the hood.
