As part of Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphan's "Apprenticeship and Employment Support Scheme", a number of the Fund's beneficiaries- orphaned and abandoned youth graduated from Jordanian care centers- are taking part in summer internship programs at several leading Jordanian companies.
Open to Fund beneficiaries soon expecting to finish the requirements for their academic degrees, the annual internship program is designed to last 4-6 weeks, giving those who enroll a chance to acquire a sense of what it feels like to operate within a real work environment.
