Sep. 2--NEW YORK -- It was the type of match that in the past James Blake would find a way to lose.
His first serve inconsistent at best (51 percent overall), Blake would become impatient.
He would start muscling up needlessly on forehands. Backhands would float long.
Blake would be the picture of befuddlement.
But that was then. And this is now.
