Sep. 2--If you'll recall, Bernard Kerik, who was Rudy Giuliani's police commissioner and big boy bodyguard, went to Iraq to put their police into shape. He lasted half the tour. He left a pack of rogues with badges.
Yesterday, General Petraeus said in Baghdad that the entire Iraqi police force was so corrupt and miserably trained that the only thing they could do with them was disband them.
