PORTLAND, Maine -- The TD Banknorth Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Banknorth, Inc., has launched the Non-Profit Training Resource Fund, a new grant program to support job training, education and growth opportunities for employees of non-profit organizations. TD Banknorth developed the program in response to a decrease in funding available to non-profits at the federal, state and private levels, and will award $100,000 in grants through 2007.
