PITTSBURG, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 1995--NPC International, Inc. (NPCIA/NPCIB) announced today the closing on the acquisition of 23 Pizza Hut restaurants located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky, Georgia and Missouri.
Pizza Hut, Inc. and NPC International, Inc. entered into a letter of intent to consummate the transaction on March 21, 1995. The transaction was financed through NPC's existing revolving line of credit.
