France Telecom's Polish TP wants out of gov't list of strategic companies
WARSAW. SEPTEMBER 4. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - France Telecom's Polish incumbent Telekomunikacja Polska (TP) will take all available legal steps to take itself of the government list of strategic companies, TP said in a statement Tuesday.
"TP and the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan have repeatedly pointed to the lack of a legal basis for the inclusion of TP on the list of companies in which the Treasury has special rights," TP said.
