Item: Popcorn Shrimp and Buffalo Shrimp.
Prices: Varies.
Popeyes makes a big deal of its chicken and biscuits, but every once in a while it shines the spotlight on the "seafood" menu, a.k.a. fried shrimp. Right now, two promotions are going on: the new Buffalo Shrimp and the Chicken and Shrimp Combo. But can Popeyes be as big on shrimp as it is on chicken?
Chris: Tom, can you name another franchise that actually takes that "only at participating locations" disclaimer seriously?
