ATLANTA, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- National Data Corporation (NYSE: NDC) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a third quarter dividend of $.075 per share payable on May 31, 1995 to shareholders of record as of May 22, 1995.
The amount of the dividend is a reflection of the company's three- for-two stock split that was effective March 20, 1995.
It is the company's 74th consecutive quarter of dividend payments.
