Fish tacos: Love 'em or bait 'em.
Trek the beaches of Baja California, that sandy spur of Mexican land that juts off the heel of the Golden State. Here, where coastal fishermen cast nets and haul trawlers through the teeming Pacific waters, fishing villages cropped up _ spawning the eventual college party towns.
