GREENSBORO, N.C., May 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Burlington House, a division of Burlington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: BUR) announced today that it will spend $8.4 million at its two plants in Reidsville, N.C. over the next seven months to expand its popular jacquard bedding business. The expansion is part of a $30 million investment that Burlington House will make in its interior fabrics businesses during the next year.
Burlington Industries Executive Vice President Abe Stenberg said the Reidsville project will include the purchase of several dozen new high- speed jacquard looms capable of producing wide-width seamless fabrics for comforters and other products in its bedding ...
