Sep. 7--Before last weekend, no Division I-AA team had ever knocked off a ranked Division I-A foe.
But in the wake of Appalachian State's stunning 34-32 win at Michigan, some coaches wouldn't be surprised if more I-A ranked teams lost to their little brothers in the future.
"I don't think they're going to be the last," Virginia Tech coach Frank Beamer said of the Wolverines.
"This is a good lesson for all of us," Florida State's Bobby Bowden said. "The lesson is that anybody can be had. ... It's not likely to, but oh yes, it can happen again."
After last weekend, Division I-A coaches will have another game ...
