OKLAHOMA CITY _ The show was almost surreal.
At the federal building _ or what once was the federal building _ rescue crews went about the grisly task of sorting through concrete and rubble. Nearby, more than 100 journalists from around the world went about the business of reporting the scene.
By Thursday _ the day after a car bomb exploded outside the Alfred P. Murrah federal building, causing death and destruction _ Oklahoma City's downtown parking lots had been virtually turned into RV parks for live-feed satellite trucks.
