Sep. 9--If the oddsmakers in Las Vegas cast bets on the next NASCAR Whelen All-American Series national champion to be crowned in their town, Philip Morris would most likely be the prognosticators' favorite pick.
He's been there before. He knows how to get there. And it's a safe bet that come the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series banquet in November, he's heading back.
