BONTOC, Mountain Province -- Thousands of students of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) here deplored the "black propaganda" employed by politicians against the school's full scholarship program.
The students came out in the open to express their indignation over the actuations of the oppositors to the program, saying they were deprived of the benefits from the study grants that enable them to have decent education.
It was noted that more than 4,000 students benefit from the full scholarship program sponsored by Rep. Victor S. Dominguez.
