NEW YORK, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter Som Inc. and NRDC Equity Partners LLC (NRDC), announced today that they have agreed to enter into a multi- faceted partnership agreement. NRDC is acquiring a majority ownership interest in a new company to develop the Peter Som brand worldwide under a master license agreement with Mr. Som, who will remain as Creative Director. Elana Posner, CEO of Peter Som Inc. and Peter's business partner of more than four years, will now be CEO of the newly formed company.
