MORE than half of women suffer breast pain during exercise because theirbras do not provide enough support, a study has found.
Many choose not to exercise at all because they cannot find a bra in which torun without discomfort.
The findings show the need for manufacturers to design a bra which reducesbreast movement more effectively than conventional sports bras, said Dr JoannaScurr, of Portsmouth University.
Dr Scurr analysed the breast movement of 70 women with cup sizes ranging from Ato JJ.
