HADDONFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 1995--In a major victory for New Jersey consumers, the New Jersey Supreme Court unanimously ruled Tuesday that builders and selling real estate brokers have a duty to tell potential buyers that their homes are near a closed landfill, and homeowners who were not told can bring a class action suit against the builder and real estate broker.
