Article: Benlate DF suits continue to mount; DuPont sanctioned.

DuPont Co., which insists its popular fungicide Benlate DF did not cause millions of dollars in crop damage since the early 1990s, has been hit with a string of unfavorable court actions in recent months.

The Wilmington, Delaware, firm has been ordered to pay sizable back-to-back jury awards to farmers who used Benlate DF in Hawaii and South Carolina.
